What are Alignment products and how do they work?
Rail alignment is critical to welding accurate and durable welds, preventing defects and ensuring a long weld lifespan.
Pandrol alignment tools set the rail across all three planes – vertical (peak), lateral, and twist (cant) – even on curved track, where accurate alignment is hardest to judge by eye.
Choose the well-established A-frame for manual alignment, or i+align if you want an automated approach with built-in data capture. Both mount directly onto the fastener for a stable, secure fit, and work with most Fastclip and screwed fasteners. Adapters are available for other fastener types.

Overview
The range of straight edges enables the welder to ensure that the rail ends are correctly aligned before casting the aluminothermic weld. Several models are available, they have a laser-engraved graduation, are easy to use. The magnetic model is equipped with adjustable height knobs to facilitate the operation.
